INSTALLATION:

If you don't have a mod modifying a file called "weapons.ymt" then you can just drag and drop the "PythonFiles" and "PythonWeapons" into your lml folder and the mod will work as intended.

This is a guide for people who already have a mod that modifies weapons.ymt. 

!!! This will not work for 1899 Firearms, For now, they are incompatible !!!

NOTE: Red Dead Offline also uses weapons.ymt, but you don't need to do the following steps if you either delete the weapons.ymt file and drag "PythonWeapons" to your lml folder OR overwrite the weapons.ymt file with the one from "PythonWeapons"

Before you ask, Yes, this is a mandatory modification if you want the revolver not only to look like it's supposed to and behave like a Colt Python. Don't report any bugs if you didn't follow the instructions/Didn't install "PythonWeapons". Thank you.

Step 1:
Open a weapons.ymt file from a mod that uses it. (For example; Lasso on Belt Restored by Daan) (in Notepad, Notepad++ etc)

Step 2:
In the file, search for "<Name>WEAPON_REVOLVER_DOUBLEACTION</Name>" (without the " quotation marks) (Ctrl + F)

Step 3:
Highlight everything from <Item type="CWeaponInfo"> TO </Item> (See image1.png if you're confused)

Step 4:
Paste the following text over the portion you have highlighted and you are done:
